Orders are shipped through USPS. Priority shipping generally costs $12–$14. Insured shipping is available for $35.05 and is strongly recommended for valuable jewelry purchases. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Preorder items generally require 2–3 weeks for processing, although some may require 3–4 weeks. Any extended processing time will be noted in the product description.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Corazón de Oro Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked “Delivered” that are lost, stolen, or sent to an incorrectly entered address. Customers should contact USPS to open a claim, and we will provide available shipping documentation to assist. Replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed for uninsured packages.
